1. Return Window We offer a 48-hour return policy, which means you must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Eligible Reasons for Return Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: Damaged product Manufacturing defect Incomplete product Incorrect product delivered By placing an order, the customer confirms awareness of the product’s material, dimensions, color, and intended usage. Hence, returns based on dissatisfaction or change of mind are not accepted. 

3. Return Eligibility Conditions To qualify for a return: The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact Proof of purchase / invoice is mandatory 

4. Damaged or Defective Products Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. 6. Refund Conditions Refunds are processed only after the product is returned and tracking details are generated Refund approval is subject to inspection of the returned item
