Refund policy

 

We have a 48 Hour return policy, which means you have 48 Hours after receiving your item to request a return

 Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product

It is agreed that while making a purchase, you are aware of the product's material, dimensions, color and usage - therefore buying the item fully aware of its function. Hence, we do not accept returns for items on the basis of satisfaction. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of Damage, 

  • Customer should inform about damage within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to support@halozon.com or via customer support number 
  • Customer should provide photo/video evidence of damage + photo of outer box

To start a return, you can contact us at support@halozon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In many cases, the customer has to ship the parcel to us and bear shipping charges for the same. 

Refund will only be generated once the product has been reshipped / returned by the customer and the tracking details have been generated. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Remittance
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In case of COD orders, customer has to provide bank account details, proof of damage and receipt of delivery within 48 hours of receiving the product.
